Step 3: Fixed-Price Proposal. Once design is approved, you receive a detailed written proposal with a fixed price. Murray Lampert does not use allowances as a way to keep the initial number low. Every selection is priced specifically before you sign.

Step 4: Permit and Pre-Construction. For projects requiring a permit, Murray Lampert manages the submission, plan check, and inspection scheduling with the applicable city or county building division. We do not begin demolition until permits are in hand.

Step 5: Construction. Our in-house carpenters, licensed plumbers, licensed electricians, and tile setters execute the work under the supervision of a dedicated project manager. You have a single point of contact for every question or update throughout the project.

Step 6: Final Inspection and Walk-Through. When construction is complete, we schedule the final city inspection where required and conduct a detailed walk-through with you to confirm every item on the scope is complete and meets your expectations before we consider the project closed.
