Your design is priced as it is drawn, so the number you approve is the number you pay — no change orders driven by miscommunication between parties who were never working together.
Every service below is designed, permitted, and built by Murray Lampert’s in-house team. One contract covers design through construction.
Murray Lampert has been designing and building homes in San Diego for more than 50 years — long enough to know that how you build matters as much as what you build. Our architectural designers and interior designers work in-house. Our project managers run your job from permit submission through final inspection. We don’t hand projects off between separate firms, and we don’t bid work we won’t stand behind.
